How it works

• Use the No. 01 for up to 60 nights from the day it arrives
• If it has not earned its place in your ritual, email us and we will arrange a return
• You receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of the device arriving back with us
• No paperwork, no negotiation, no restocking fee

How to initiate a return

Write to us via the contact page with your order number and a one-line note. We will send you a pre-paid return label by email within one working day.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the 14-day statutory cooling-off period for distance sales. Our 60-night policy is in addition to, not instead of, those rights.

Hardware warranty

Beyond the 60-night return window, every No. 01 carries a two-year hardware guarantee. If the device develops a fault from normal use, we repair or replace it.
