The four weighted pods rest across the eyes and temples and the low-profile silhouette stays in place from its own weight alone. Side and stomach sleepers find it works in positions traditional eye masks don’t.

No. The mask is dual-sided — cooling cotton on one side, soft warm microfibre on the other. If you get warm during the night, flip the mask to the cooling side. Many customers tell us the flip is the single detail that makes the mask work for them during perimenopause.
